I don’t think the early church was as structured as churches today are: set up as a company, needing company directors, board meetings and minutes. But I’m sure there were appointed Elders who did their job.

When a fish is caught in a net, we could cut it in half, and it would die. Or we could gently untangle it so it can be set free. We are called to carry each other’s burdens. That’s the beauty of church. When you are caught in sin, whether it is greed, or pride, or bitterness, or sexual sin, or stealing, we shouldn’t condemn, we should gently restore.
When I was 18, I had a throne room experience. I saw a great throne with angels dancing around it. There was metallic looking fire flaming around the One who was sitting on the throne. I was weightless with light shining through me. I wanted to stay there forever.
