Ps Matt continued our series on “Declutter your heart.” I’ll be bringing a message on “Selfishness.” Every day is a battle against selfishness, in a world that is geared towards Hedonism. The dictionary says that a Hedonist is “a person whose life is devoted to the pursuit of pleasure and self-gratification.” Phillipians 2:3-4 says, “Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.”
